Of form and depth

Oh my people we live by form
yet we don't care of shallowness
What we see is not important
as what's matters is where does it go

No we say...lets us look at feathers
Although it may hide a thing most demeaning
We are happy to achieve something
that looks as good as it should look

What is it that makes life important ?
Achieving something because it has to be achieved
Or having fun doing something
and if it achieve something...so be it ?

The answer is not necessarily clear
yet the choice seems to be clear
