Bok Choy au pistache in 15 mins

1) Sautee an onion in (olive) oil along with some garlic and some 21 spices
2) add half a can of roasted peanuts with little bit of salt (if you are like me i
do not use salt)
3) add a few chopped tomatoes with some green chile
4) Let the above cook till tomato is almost a sauce
5) add a chopped Bok Coy...and let the whole sautee for a few minutes
6) if you want add a few drops of vinegar
7) Enjoy with brown bread and red wine !
